Authorship

All authors should have made substantial contributions to all of the following: (1) the conception and design of the study, or acquisition of data, or analysis and interpretation of data, (2) drafting the article or revising it critically for important intellectual content, (3) final approval of the version to be submitted.

Authors Responsibilities
Authors who submitted an article to Derna University Journal of Medical Sciences must ensure that they have written original efforts and the manuscript has not been published elsewhere (Guide to Authors). Also, other authors and sources should be appropriately credited and referenced on their contributions. Authors are accountable for their submitting articles as originality of their articles which have not been copied or plagiarized in whole or in part from other works. Authors who submitted an article must note any financial or other conflict of interest in their manuscript and must agree to the license agreement.
